Upland Trail Connection
Construction of this project, initiated by the Planning and Development Committee, was recently completed by the City of Clarksville. Connecting the portion of the Upland Trail along Spring Street to downtown at 1st Street and behind F&M Bank, this becomes an important link in the pedestrian walkways system.
